Travel

I’ve always been drawn to places that make me look at everyday life differently. I like travelling slowly, walking without a plan, finding neighbourhoods away from the obvious spots, and paying attention to how people live. Every place leaves me with a few new questions.

I like staying active, mostly because it gives me more energy for everything else I want to do. I run, lift, walk a lot, and occasionally convince myself that trying a new sport is a good idea. I’m more interested in consistency than chasing perfect numbers.

🏃4×
Runs / week
Running keeps me curious about progress, not perfection.
🏋️3×
Strength / week
A few good sessions each week is better than going all in for two weeks.
🚶10k
Steps / day
I like long walks. They are usually where I do my best thinking.
🛌7–8h
Sleep / night
Sleep is non-negotiable when I want to do good work.
